Shipping policy

Call The Pawparazzi will provide a tracking number for all items shipped. For time sensitive shipments, including 2-day shipments, orders must be received before 12:00p EST to ship out the same business day. All orders received after the cutoff will ship the following business day. Orders will not be processed on Sundays, orders placed after 12:00p EST on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. 

 

DISCLAIMER for International Orders:

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be or you can utilize the Duties and Taxes calculator at checkout.
